By adopting the best practices and technologies available in the market, the company guarantees a high standard of quality in all its actions.

Cement production process

The cement manufacturing process is done by extracting materials from the quarry. Then the stone passes through a crusher that breaks it down, making it smaller and easier to transport.

After these steps it is necessary to grind the stone to a powder and if necessary chemically correct the material. This process is called raw grinding. That said, the raw (ground stone) goes through the cooking stage, in ovens whose flame reaches 2000°C the material being subjected to temperatures above 1450°C for 10 seconds.

From here comes an artificial rock called clinker which after mixed with limestone, gypsum and other materials is ground (cement grinding), thus giving rise to different types of cement.

Finally comes the packaging and shipping of the cement. All atmospheric emissions are controlled and subjected to a filtering process, using electrofilters and bag filters.
