In the area ofprefabricated products and construction materials Secil Group also produces pre-prepared dry mortars.
The mixture of cement, lime, sand and other additives serves to settle materials and waterproof, regularize and finish surfaces, whether in new works or in the renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings.
Mortar is produced from aggregates, cement and additives.
The aggregates used in the process are extracted from quarries and stored in piles.
Cement and additives are received in pneumatic tanks and/or in the case of additives, they can be received in drums.
From these raw materials and depending on the type of mortar to be produced, the necessary components are dosed and weighed in a fully automated process.
After the complete mixing and homogenization in the concrete mixer the mortar is obtained.
